Legacy provides digital memorial services, QR code memorial solutions, custom gravestone services, and related memorial planning services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without notice.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

In no event shall Legacy or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Legacy's website.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms of Service.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario, Canada.
